Nothing happens when I open the app
Inner Messages only works between two people. Until someone accepts your request there is nothing to receive. Share your Inner ID with your partner or a family member and ask them to add you.
My partner isn't getting my messages
Check that you are connected to each other in Requests, and that they have notifications enabled for Inner Messages in their phone settings. Messages arrive as a surprise, so they do not show up the second you write them — that is the point.
I forgot my password
Use the password reset page. The link lands in the inbox you signed up with.
